Recipe: 15 Minute Chicken Burger Ideas

0

I love my food, and I’m one of those people that basically wakes up and already considers what’s for lunch and tea. Much to the annoyance of Nathan, it’s not a thought of hunger but more one of organisational planning and the excitement of knowing what’s to look forward to later that day.

We love to cook fresh and enjoy meals that don’t take half a day to cook. Certain exception (of course) can be made, such as BBQ parties, weekend meals or a Sunday roast. Something snappy and delicious suits us down to a tee, as often, coming home from work, we’ve got the pang for a fulfilling dish.

Having recently been introduced to Moy Park’s chicken burgers, I was looking forward to seeing what tasty something I can rustle up within 15 minutes. It also made me realise, whilst we’ve devoured many a chicken burger out and about, I don’t really recall ever having made a chicken burger at home. How strange…

But here we are, and I had quite the bit of fun coming with two simple, contrasting and very tasty burgers that you may be inspired to try at home.

As for the verdict, we were both super impressed with the chicken burgers. The taste and quality were exceptional, they were juicy, tender, flavourful and above all, not once did I come across a piece of gristle or bone. They were very simple to cook, and I cannot wait to throw these on the BBQ for some grilling for that smoky taste. The price was also very reasonable, and the burgers held well over three days, by which at that point, we were already looking forward to trying our second burger creations anyway.

The Moy Park products are available across a few UK stores, but for these burgers, we were limited to doing an Ocado shop. Whilst that’s no real negative point, it’s just something to bear in mind, and if you’re looking to do a food shop with a minimum spend of £40, my recommendation is ‘get these chicken burger bad boys added to your basket!’.

If you do give these a twirl, I’d love to hear what your thoughts are and how you accessorised your burgers.

Lots of love,

Charlotte xox

PS. I was invited to collaborate with Moy Park to review the product and provide an honest opinion.

And I really love a good brew. If I'm not busy writing, I'll either be eating, sipping a cocktail, hiking or convincing my boyfriend we need another cat.
